Mohamed Dostmohamed, CAMohamed graduated from York University in 1991 and articled with one of the "Big 5" accounting firms. He received his designation in the fall of ’93 and for the next 13 years, covered the gamut in the finance and insurance industries. He has also been an active member of the Canadian Institute of Chartered Accountants. Presently, Mohamed is an independent management consultant with a software consulting firm. Mohamed and his wife, Shenny, joined the Toronto Waldorf School community in 2006. They have a son now in Grade 3, and a daughter in Parent & Tot. |

Jacques Gaboury, LLB., Board MemberAfter 3 years in Germany, the family decided that a return to Canada was in order, so Jacques requested to be transferred to Sony Ericsson’s offices in Mississauga, where he provided support to the management on legal and regulatory issues, including mergers and acquisitions, telecoms regulation, intellectual property and information technology. |

Steve Hall, CAIB, SecretarySteve has been involved in the insurance industry most of his adult life. He started work in an insurance company in underwriting and claims. He moved first to a surety company, and then to a brokerage company where he managed the surety department. |

Bill Harlow, Board Chair Bill Harlow was raised in Toronto and attended George S. Henry Secondary School, then the University of Toronto. He began his career in the family childcare business when they operated three locations in Don Mills. Upper Canada Child Care now operates almost 50 centres in the GTA as well as Kettleby Valley Camp, a summer camp for children. |

Kevin Moynagh, Parent Circle Rep.Kevin Moynagh born in Gary, Indiana and graduated from Indiana University with a B.S. in Finance and an MBA in Operations Management. Since then, he has worked with major consulting companies in Chicago, Frankfurt and Toronto. Kevin is the owner of RKic Consulting Inc., an information technology company specializing in SAP software implementations. In this capacity, Kevin has executed and managed system implementation projects. |

Versha PrakashVersha is currently Vice President, Operations at Trillium Gift of Life Network, a provincial agency responsible for coordinating organ and tissue donation for transplantation. Prior to that she worked at the Ontario Ministry of Health and Long-Term Care. Versha has a Bachelor of Science and a Master’s degree in Health Administration from the University of Ottawa. |

Michèle Andrews Rossi, Administrative DirectorMichèle has a Bachelor of Commerce from Queen's University and a Master of Education from the Ontario Institute for Studies in Education (OISE) at the University of Toronto. Her work experience includes 10 years in leadership roles in the private sector, and 8 years as an independent consultant working in strategic planning, organizational change and leadership development.
She and her family joined the TWS community in 1996. She became the Administrative Director in the spring of 2005 after serving on the Board of Trustees for three years, most recently as Chair. She is an active participant in the work of AWSNA (Association of Waldorf Schools of North America) and has completed the Waldorf Collaborative Leadership Program at the Rudolf Steiner Centre in conjunction with Antioch University in the spring of 2006 with a number of her TWS colleagues. In her role as Administrative Director she is a member of the TWS leadership team (Circle of Chairs), Finance Committee and Board of Trustees. She also enjoys teaching Career Studies in our High School. |

Todd Royer, Faculty ChairTodd begin his teaching career at TWS in 1998 and has served as Faculty Chair since 2003. He was a class teacher in our Lower School, taking a class from Grades 1 to 8. He
is a graduate of the Waldorf Teacher Education program at the Rudolf Steiner
Centre Toronto. He completed the Waldorf Collaborative Leadership program at the
Rudolf Steiner Centre in conjunction with Antioch University in the spring of
2006. Todd has B.A. from Taylor University in Fort Wayne, Indiana, and a M.Div.
from Princeton in New Jersey. In
his role as Faculty Chair he is a member of both the TWS leadership team (Circle of Chairs) and
Board of Trustees. He
enjoys playing music, woodworking and dreaming about building a straw bale
house. |

Greg Scott, Board MemberGreg, an alumnus of Toronto Waldorf School, has a B.A. from York University and is a graduate of the Rudolf Steiner Centre Toronto teacher education program. He enjoys both creative woodwork and the outdoors in his free time. |

Alan Ward, Past ChairAlan has spent the last 14 years at Staples where he is the Vice President, Human Resources. A native of Montreal, Alan graduated with a Bachelor of Social Work degree from McGill University. Heading west to Calgary to make his way in the world, he pursued a career in social services as a Juvenile Probation Officer before heading up a job preparedness program for socially and economically disadvantaged individuals.He decided to shift career gears and returned to school to earn an MBA from the University of Western Ontario.Targeting the field of Human Resources, he honed his craft with Canadian Tire before joining Staples Business Depot in the company’s early days.Alan brings to the Board a common business sense perspective and an abiding belief that extraordinary results can be achieved within a community of committed individuals. |

David West, Vice ChairFor 25 years David has owned and operated West Photo, a portrait and wedding studio in Richmond Hill. David presently holds a Craftsman and Masters of Photographic Art designation from the Professional Photographers of Canada, and has twice won the prestigious Photographer of the Year award from the Professional Photographers of Ontario. He attended University of Toronto where he graduated with a Bachelor of Arts and then a Bachelor of Education. He was an elementary school teacher in Toronto for 5 years before leaving teaching to pursue his childhood passion for photography. |
