She joined TWS in 2004 and has previously worked in manufacturing, wholesale, multi-level marketing, recreational and non-profit organizations. She enjoys reading when there is a reprieve from raising her five daughters. |

Julie Hewitt, Payroll & Benefits Coordinator Julie has a B.A. from York University. She joined TWS in 2000 and her prior work experiences include positions in both the public and private sectors, specializing in salary and benefits administration. She is an avid reader and an enthusiastic hockey mom.

Ryan Lindsay, Marketing Director Ryan has an Honours B.A. from Wilfrid Laurier University in sociology and business, a diploma in Rudolf Steiner teaching from Taruna College, New Zealand, and is currently pursuing a Master of Education degree in administration and politics at the Ontario Institute for Studies in Education (OISE) at the University of Toronto. He was previously administrator at Singing Winds School, a Waldorf initiative in Oak Park, Illinois, and has been at Toronto Waldorf School since February, 2005. Ryan is president of the Waldorf School Association of Ontario, and a founding member of the Young Waldorf Colleagues. He also completed the Waldorf Collaborative Leadership program at the Rudolf Steiner Centre in conjunction with Antioch University in the spring of 2006. He enjoys badminton and hiking, and is a campaign manager for the Green Party of Canada.

Armando Reis, Custodian Armando has worked at the school since 1985. He worked for years as private contractor. Armando visits his native Portugal in the summers. |

Michèle Rossi, Administrative Director Michèle has a Bachelor of Commerce from Queen's University and a Master of Education from the Ontario Institute for Studies in Education (OISE) at the University of Toronto. Her work experience includes 10 years in leadership roles in the private sector, and 8 years as an independent consultant working in organizational change and leadership development. She and her family joined the TWS community in 1996. She became the Administrative Director in the spring of 2005 after serving on the board of trustees for three years, most recently as chair. She has become an active participant in the work of AWSNA (Association of Waldorf Schools of North America) and has completed the Waldorf Collaborative Leadership Program at the Rudolf Steiner Centre in conjunction with Antioch University in the spring of 2006 with a number of her TWS colleagues.

Todd Royer, Faculty Chair Todd has B.A. from Taylor University in Fort Wayne, Indiana, and an M.Div. from Princeton Theological Seminary in New Jersey. He is a graduate of the Waldorf teacher education program at the Rudolf Steiner Centre Toronto. He has taught here since 1998 and has served as faculty chair since 2003. Todd completed the Waldorf Collaborative Leadership program at the Rudolf Steiner Centre in conjunction with Antioch University in the spring of 2006. He enjoys playing music, woodworking, and dreaming about building a straw bale house. |

Natalie Semenov, Financial Administrator Natalie has a B.A. from the University of Western Ontario, and an accounting certificate from California State University. She has worked here since 2002, and was previously an auditor at Ernst & Young, an accounting firm with offices around the world. She enjoys skiing, hiking, windsurfing, and long road trips. |

Paul Sheardown, Facilities Manager Paul has a B.A. in English from York University (1985) and a Building Environmental Systems Certificate in progress from Seneca College. Paul completed the Waldorf Collaborative Leadership program at the Rudolf Steiner Centre in conjunction with Antioch University in the spring of 2006. He is also WSIB Certified, an Occupational Health and Safety Committee Member and TWS' WHMIS trainer. |

Aileen Stewart, Admissions Coordinator Aileen's post-secondary studies include an administration diploma from Seneca College in Toronto, a massage therapy degree from Sutherland Chan Schools, and certification as a professional life coach from the Coaches Training Institute. She has been a parent at TWS since 1991 and now combines her life experience with her passion for Waldorf education in the role of admissions coordinator. |

Christine von Bezold, Receptionist Christine has an M.A. from the University of Cambridge in England, and has held a Scottish teaching certificate. She became the secretary of the London Waldorf School when it opened in 1980, and has been working here since 1991. She is WSIB Certified and an Occupational Health & Safety Committee Member. Christine is also a bookbinder. |
