Rachel Aide, English and history Rachel has a B.A. Hons. from Victoria University in the University of Toronto, and a B.Ed. (After Degree) from the University of Alberta. She has held teaching certification for both Alberta and Ontario, and is a graduate of the Waldorf teacher training at the Center for Anthroposophy in Wilton, New Hampshire. |

George Amzu, Physical Education George has a B.Sc. from the University of Craiova in Romania, and an additional qualifications certificate in science teaching from York University; he has national coaching certification from the Coaching Association of Canada to level 1 in gymnastics and to level 2 in basketball. |

Helene Gross, Mathematics, and high school chair Helene has a B.Sc. in mathematics and computer science from the University of South Africa. She completed Waldorf in-service training under the direction of Dr. Martin Levin at TWS in 1990. She has also completed courses at the Rudolf Steiner Centre Toronto, Sunbridge College in New York, and Rudolf Steiner College in California. She has taught high school mathematics since 1989, and has been a class teacher, taking one class for Grades 6 to 8, and another from Grade 1 to Grade 8. She returned to full-time high school mathematics teaching in 2003. Helene's three children attended Waldorf schools in Johannesburg, Chicago and Toronto from kindergarten through OAC. She was an active parent in all three schools, serving as class parent, parent association member, and board member. She was a member of the TWS board for eight years, and faculty chair for four years. |

Leed Jackson, Mathematics, metalwork, and art, and Grade 11 class advisor Leed has a B.Sc. from McMaster University and a sculpture diploma from Emerson College, England; he has also attended Rudolf Steiner College in Fair Oaks, California for continued teaching development. He has taught here since 1992, and enjoys camping, kayaking, basketball, and sculpting in his spare time. |

Susana Möller, Biology Susana has a B.Sc. from the La Molina National Agrarian University in Lima, Peru. She was a member of the team that started the high school at the Lima Waldorf School. She completed Waldorf teacher training in Lima, Waldorf science teacher training in Munich, and conservation & environmental training in Washington, D.C. Susana takes our summer biology students to Peru. She also acts an adviser to the Lima Waldorf high school, and has started a north-south venture with Waldorf alumni/ae. |

Anahid Movel, French, and Grade 12 class advisor Anahid has a B.A. in French, and a mathematics diploma from the University of Tehran in Iran. Prior to coming to Canada she worked in elementary schools in Iran and in Switzerland. She attends Waldorf French-teaching seminars every other summer and organizes similar conferences in Toronto. She has taught here since 1987. |

Robert Pickering, Chemistry, physics, and guidance, and Grade 9 class advisor Bob has a Bachelor of Environmental Studies from the University of Waterloo, a B.Ed. from Queen's University, and has an Ontario teaching certificate. He completed his Waldorf teacher in-service training at TWS. He enjoys music and a wide variety of outdoor activities. He has taught here since 1983. |

Inge Shukla, German Inge attended the Pedagogische Hochschule (Teachers College) in Essingen and Sw�bisch Gmund, Germany, obtaining West German teaching certificates for both elementary and high school. She later studied at St. John's College in Santa Fe, New Mexico, and has held an Ontario teaching certificate. She has taught here since 1976. |
