Loblaws Gift Card Program

Dear Grocery Shoppers

Help TWS raise money by doing what you already do anyway.

Through our Loblaws Gift Card Program TWS raised $2600 last year, and this year we aim to surpass that mark. Half of the funds will go towards the school for such things as the Tuition Adjustment Program, building improvements and more. The rest will be divided by the 12 grades for their class funds (in accordance with the TWS fundraising policy). This is the easiest possible way to raise funds for the school and all the classes.

All you have to do is buy your gift cards from the school and shop at any Loblaws, No Frills, The Great Canadian Superstore, President’s Choice or Fortinos.

Here’s How it Works:

• Fill in the agreement on the application form, agreeing to purchase the amount of your choice (in multiples of $25, $50, $100, or $250). Attach a blank cheque.
• Return the agreement to Catherine Daugherty, whose office is at the bottom of the stairs.
• Once (and not until) the school possesses the cards, your account will be automatically debited (approximately the 15th of each month) -- making it safe and easy for you.
• We will send you a reminder via e-mail and you pick up the cards at your leisure

It’s that easy!!

“What Else Do I Need to Know?”

• You can change your agreement during the year to buy a higher or lower value of gift cards each month.
• You can sign an agreement at any time, but will not be allowed to quit, rejoin, quit . . . .
• The program will automatically continue (including through the summer) until you submit a written withdrawal to the Business Office (we will remind you in June).
• Loblaws donates 5% of the value of the gift cards sold when we purchase $20,000 or more at a time.
